Exchanges: DOES NOT APPLY TO SPECIAL/PREORDER ITEMS AS WE PAID TO BRING IN SOMETHING THAT WE DONT STOCK FOR YOU. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

IF for some reason you buy a chain or jewelry and decide you want to go bigger or longer, we can offer an exchange for another size/length priced higher than the exchanged item's price. Price difference will need to be paid after item is received and inspected. Chain or jewelry needs to come back to us in original baggie, pouch, jewelry box, and authenticity card with no damage, ESPECIALLY the chain itself. It must not have been altered in any way (links cut, clasp changed, etc). Hold onto the led charger cable if it was included in your original purchase.

You have til the day after of it being delivered to email us to qualify for the exchange. You should know when you get it if you want to go bigger or not. Reason being, We don't want to sell a chain or jewelry as new so it needs to get back to us asap. You'll be responsible for safely returning the piece back to us. It doesn't have to be overnight, it can be USPS priority mail. Insurance back to us is your call, but tracking number is required for us. RESTOCKING FEE IS $25 and you'll have to pay for shipping the exchange back to you, its only fair to us as I already paid for free shipping to you in the first place.

Exchanges may incur a 3-3.5% fee IF you choose to downgrade on the difference in pricing as im charged on the higher amount.

Cancellations:

If you want to cancel and you paid by PAYPAL, YOU WILL LOSE OUT ON THE 3.5% PAYPAL FEE THAT WAS CHARGED TO ME.  PAYPAL doesn't refund anyone the transaction fee. All cancellation's are contingent that I didn't ship the items to you yet. If we already shipped the items to you, you'll need to pay to ship them back to us safely before a refund can be processed. Tracking back to us needs to be emailed at MadePerfectForYouJewelry@gmail.com  Shipping carrier, insurance, and signature confirmation is at your discretion but highly recommended. Unfortunately, We are not responsible if it gets lost or stolen while it's in transit to us.
